• Will easily comply with the expected changes to the Future Homes and Future Buildings standards
• Being tested to PAS 24:2022, with tried and tested shoot bolt lock, ensures the highest level of reassurance to the homeowner or building owner
• Integrates seamlessly with our Comar 5Pi Therm-L+ Tilt/Turn and 7Pi Therm-L+ Door systems, providing a multitude of design options
• Made from 70% recycled aluminium and 100% recyclable at end of life

Technical specification

• Profiles are thermally broken with ‘rolled in’ low lambda polyamide profiles with the addition of a high thermal efficient injected foam
• Available as top and side hung open out casements and multi lights incorporating fixed lights
• 5Pi Therm-L+ has been designed to meet the demands for windows with very low U-values. U-values as low as 1.0w/ m2k with double glazing & 0.67w/m2k with triple glazing
• Embodied carbon as low as 2.0 kgCO2e/Kg of aluminium
• 98mm outer frame
• Sightlines 104mm Casement window and 60mm fixed light

• Additional performance characteristics to BS6375: Part 3
• Security tested PAS24: 2022
• In addition, the window system conforms to recognised industry standards as adopted by Centre for Windows & Doors (CWCT) and trade associations such as the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB)

Finishes and colours

• Available anodized or polyester powder coated
• Grey 7016, Black 9005 and Hipca white as standard
• Other RAL colours on short lead times
• Dual colour option available
